At Mahila Vastra, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags intact.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Simply message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for a pickup where available.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or UPI) within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We handle exchanges as returns to ensure you get the right product faster.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-tailored items (like stitched blouses) and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective.
